FAT BASTARD SHIRAZ
Named after the British expression describing a
particularly rich and full wine, this wine is made from 100% Syrah,
aged in small oak barrels for four months producing a wine with deep
purple hues and classic flavors of pepper and spice with under-lying
supple fruit notes and subtle integration of oak. Smoky flavors
mingle well with vanilla notes from the oak and fruit flavors. Made
from the best vineyards in the hills north of Nimes in the Languedoc
Roussillon region of southern France.
