DOMAINE DES BLAGUERS Syrah   This offbeat red begins with a modest bouquet of spicy dark fruit, almost tomato like, with a bit of smoky oak. Earthy, peppery, minerally and plummy with chewy tannins, this Syrah is blended with a little bit of Viognier, a fragrant white wine, which seems to coax out the aromas of the red wine. Delicious and full-bodied with a lasting finish, it won't bonk you over the head with chunky tannins and high alcohol content.   Randall Grahm, Bonny Doon's winemaker,collaborated with winemakers in southwest France, using wine from the Pays d'Oc, which he in turn blends to his specifications.   $11.99
